For a pocket diaper, I have to say Glow Bug is my favorite. I have quite a few different ones given to me by friends who have finished diapering, and I have one major issue with them: Having to pull the wet diaper out of the pocket to launder it.
Tada! The pocket is open on BOTH ends, so it just wiggles free in the washer! Whoohoo! Also, check this out:
The insert has a snap on them that matches a snap on the inside of the pocket, so it wiggles out, but away. This means, that I don’t have to find it in the load… it’s still attached! And pushing it back in is easy. Now, this diaper came with two inserts (bless them!) and you can’t do it with both if yours is a heavy wetter, but still… I like this feature a lot.
Here it is spread out and snapped to the smallest setting. At this size it fits my chunky three month old, and when all the snaps are undone it fits my mid-sized three-year-old (who still needs help at night).
Do you kind of see how there are snaps that make it shorter, in addition to the ones to hold it on? That one smack-dab in the middle is for the insert.
Calvin seems to be enjoying his fancy pants…

I like the crossover snaps and dual openings, but I wish you could pick and choose your own selection of prints.

I love that this diaper can fit your three month old and your three old without being bulky on the baby! That is awesome! I also really like that the insert agitates out but not away (thanks to that lovely snap).

I have one of these and I love that there are 2 openings! Even though I don’t use it, I can see how the snap feature could come in handy for some babes — we personally like to fold over the inserts in the front for extra absorption where WE need it

I love that the inserts can slide out in the wash, and you can also snap them in so that you don’t have to match them up after drying.

I love the idea of the front and back openings.
I love pocket diapers with openings at both ends — not because I don’t like removing the wet/dirty insert, but just because it makes it easier for me to get the insert in. Also, those are some cute prints!

I’m so excited about this blog hop, I am brand new to CD and was looking for self agitating cloth diapers that would be easy for DC to use and just toss in the wetbag, that I wouldn’t have to take apart when I got home. This looks amazing and like it would fit the purpose…and its super SUPER cute!
I keep hearing great things about Glow Bugs, and I LOVE the prints they have (especially the apple one that you have on your little one!). I just wish there was an option to purchase one or two to make sure they work for us, before committing to 6 or 12…
Do you think it would fit a not-chunky 3 month old? I love the idea of a one size, but I’m so nervous that it won’t fit my teeny babe.

I have been looking for a diaper that will fit our newborn (when he/she arrives) that my husband will actually want to use! I think this is a great option so I wont have to spend so much time finding/stuffing.

I haven’t tried a Glow Bug yet, but they sound great! I love the fun prints and especially love that they are so trim. I have a skinny 4 month old and it is really hard to find a one size diaper that fits her without being ridiculously bulky

I have one Glowbug cloth diaper, and I love that it has 2 pocket openings. It’s so much easier to stuff than dipes with 1 opening.
I have to say that reaching in and pulling out the wet liner is also one of my least favorite things but the pocket diapers are my favorite kind. The double opening is a brilliant idea!
