I hope you all enjoyed the Doorposts Facebook party!
Welcome to Mama Chocolate where I, Johanna, write about the difficulties, joys and humor of motherhood, tips & tricks for housekeeping, dozens of recipes, (all tried and reviewed by “Mama Chocolate” herself!) and feature regular product reviews and giveaways.
Check out what you can win today!
The Goldie Doll kit includes patterns, instructions, and materials for the Goldie doll, and the “Beauty and the Pig” Bible study book. Learn how to use various Bible study methods as you discover what Scripture says about beauty and discretion. While you discuss what you are learning, enjoy some quiet moments making Goldie together. Simple sewing instructions and all materials (except stuffing, needle, and thread) are included. This doll involves more sewing than Doorposts’ Ruby Doll, but construction methods are simple enough for the novice seamstress. For durability, machine-sewing the doll body is recommended, but clothes could be made by hand, if desired.
The Goldie Doll Kit is a doll-and-Bible-study kit that teaches young ladies about true, godly beauty. In the style of the traditional “topsy-turvy” doll, 12-inch-tall Goldie has two personalities! Turn her one way and she’s a pretty young lady. Flip her over and she becomes a pig with a gold ring in her nose.
Use “Goldie” as a playful reminder of godly beauty by displaying the doll with whichever personality best matches her owner’s behavior throughout the day.
Doorposts is generously giving away a Goldie Doll kit to one lucky Mama Chocolate reader!
