How am I here writing a six-month update on my sweet baby already?!
I realize it’s pretty cliche, but OH MY WORD.It goes so fast.
Seriously, I just finally wrote her birth story, and here she is rolling around, laughing, jabbering, and becoming her own special little person.
While time is speeding by, I am so happy to find that it is still possible to enjoy and soak up these early months of my sweet baby’s life, even with two additional little people vying for my attention. Elanora loves to nurse, and we do it a lot. A lot. I think she nurses more during one day than my other two put together would have during 24 hours. I’m not complaining…my first two girls weaned earlier than I wanted, so I’m hoping my little snuggle-bug here will cooperate with me longer and that we still have many months of these precious cuddles ahead of us…
She is such a happy little person, and such a snuggler – so much fun for a mama who pretty much constantly craves baby snuggles, and then ended up with two little wiggle worms who wouldn’t even fall asleep while I was holding them after they were a few months old (not fair!) Elanora has to nurse to sleep, and I love it. There’s pretty much nothing better than holding a sleeping, milk-drunk little baby on your lap.
Keep it up, sweetie.

Tell me about it mama! I have no clue where the past 6 months went…. it seems like we were just chatting about being SO ready to have our babies, then within days we both did. And now they are 6 months old?!?! What?!?! Elanora is so stinkin cute – I hope someday our girls can meet and play together.
