This blog is a collaborative blog written by a group of individuals. This blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation.

This blog abides by word of mouth marketing standards. We believe in honesty of relationship, opinion and identity. The compensation received may influence the advertising content, topics or posts made in this blog. That content, advertising space or post will be clearly identified as either “guest contribution”, paid or sponsored content.

The owner(s) of this blog is compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. Even though the owner(s) of this blog receives compensation for our posts or advertisements, we always give our honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely the bloggers’ own. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question.

Giveaway Policies

Winners are generally chosen and notified within 48 hours of the giveaway’s end date. Depending on difficulty of entry verification and time constraints, this period is occasionally extended.

Winners must reply with requested shipping and, (if applicable) prize choice information within 48 hours of notification. Please check your spam folders in case your winning notification gets caught there! I have to choose new winners frequently because the original winner never replies.

Shipping prizes to winners is solely the responsibility of the the sponsoring company, unless otherwise noted.

If you win a giveaway on Mama Chocolate, please allow 4-6 weeks for the prize to arrive. After that time, feel free to email me to check on the status of your prize, at which point I will contact the company and do everything I can, (within reason,) to make sure that they fulfill their obligations.
Please understand, however, that I am NOT responsible for unfulfilled prizes and grievances should be taken directly to the company in such situations.
