- chicken breasts
- spaghetti sauce (I used Hunt’s Roasted Garlic & Onion)
- your favorite cheese (I used mozzarella)
Lay the chicken breast in a roasting or baking pan. Pour a jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce over them. Sprinkle shredded cheese of choice on top.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
Mechele says she serves it with veggies and french bread. I did egg noodles and steamed broccoli since I was in a super hurry and that’s what I had on hand.
This was delicious and seriously easy. The ingredients are simple and the kind of thing I have on hand usually, so this is going to become a regular dish around here!
